Timbermen make offseason roster moves
The Nanaimo TImbermen had a busy draft and now the team is adding and returning talent for 2026.
Both Adam Wiedemann and Will Johansen will return to the team after spending time with New Westminster and Victoria respectively last season.
Wiedemann played 11 games for the Salmonbellies and recorded seven points while Johansen made seven appearance for the Shamrocks and had six points.
Both players are high level defenders with transition ability.
Nanaimo also retains the retains to another key defensive player with Tysen Nielsen staying with the Tmen.
He had four points in 14 games last year.
The Timbermen's right handed offense will get a boost with the additions of Jack Royer from Coquitlam and Austin Ducommun from New West.
Royer picked up 11 points in seven games while Ducommun notched 14 points in his 11 contests.
More roster additions will be coming shortly as the Timbermen look for a major improvement in the standings for 2026.
