Timbermen introduce Brock Rose as Governor

The Nanaimo Timbermen are excited to announce Brock Rose as the Governor for the Senior A team and the Assistant Governor for the Junior A and Tier 1 clubs.

Rose has an extensive lacrosse background including playing for the Senior A and Senior B Timbermen between 2004-2008. 

Over the last 12 years Rose has been a coach for midget and bantam teams in Langley and has served as President and Vice President of Langley Minor Lacrosse.

He's spent time as an executive with the Surrey Stickmen and Langley Thunder in the BCJALL and was the BCLA Directorate Chair from 2002-2004.

Timbermen President Chris Bowman said Rose will be instrumental in the future of all three teams.

"We are very excited to add Brock to the program. He recently retired to Nanaimo and brings a wealth of playing and executive management experience to the Timbermen program." 

The Senior A Timbermen are set to begin the 2022 campaign on May 28 at home to New Westminster.
