Jr. Tmen Johansen and Lidstone highlight 2021 draft class

Junior Timbermen highlight early draft selections for the Nanaimo Timbermen.

Draft day for the Tmen started by securing Junior A captain Will Johansen with a compensatory pick. Then the Timbermen traded the third overall selection along with two draft picks in 2022 and the rights to ex Victoria Junior and Harvard field player Austin Madronic. 

Nanaimo chose fourth and fifth overall in the first round and selected the Junior Tmen's third leading scorer Colton Lidstone and Junior Shamrock standout Caleb Keuber.

The next Timbermen pick was in 19th overall in round three.

Nanaimo brought in the leading scorer in the 2019 playoffs in Shamrock Junior Teioshontathe Mccomber.

Junior Timbermen defender Zack Sawyer will stay home after getting taken in the 4th round while his Nanaimo teammate Matt DiGirolamo went in round five.

Spencer Erwin, Jake Pelletier and Cordell Primus rounded out the Timbermen selections.
